The quality of primary data collected is our priority, which is why we take care of interviewer training and monitor their work using a range of professional tools.

All research projects are conducted in compliance with the ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Conduct for Market and Social Research and in accordance with the standards of the Programme for Quality Control of Interviewers' Work (PKJPA), of which we are a member.

Continuously since 2006, we have received quality certificates in all research categories requested by the BCMM. The certificates are awarded on the basis of an annual audit conducted by the Organisation of Public Opinion and Market Research Firms (OFBOR).
